During this time, Michael cross-trained in all aspects of Operations, Trading, Business Development, and Advice. He also earned accolades as an advice leader two years in a row during the tech bust years (2000-2001) for Schwab's Tri-State Region and Norstar Division (across 10 states), which then ultimately paved the way for his promotion into Schwab Private Client.
He was licensed and appointed to sell Term Life Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities on a non-commissioned basis.
